Due to the nature of our product we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless under the circumstances our product does not meet Australian consumer guarantees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we cam evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our soap toppings may become loose during transport.

Exchanges, refunds or non-returnable items

Our soaps cannot be returned as they are considered personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
