DIRECTIONS FOR BATHING

Fill bath with warm water, give your salt bag a bit go a shake up and add about 1/3 of a cup (5 TBSP) to a warm bath. Alternately add 1/3 of a cup to your provided cotton bag. Stir the bath to allow the salts to dissolve and oils to disperse and step in and breathe deeply, and let the stress of the day melt away, because loving yourself starts with the little rituals.

TIPS

To avoid ‘floaties’ in your bath (as pretty as they look) put your bath salts into the small cotton bag provided and tie the top. Place in the bath and move around, like a teabag so the salts and oils can disperse through the baths leaving the flowers in the bag. After the bath, simply empty the flowers out, rinse and dry the bag to use later.

Be sure to use this bag method if you have a spa with jets as the flower material can block your spa filter.

At least a 20-minute bath will make the best use of magnesium to relax your muscles.
